At launch, we ship within Egypt only.

International shipping will be introduced at a later stage as the brand expands.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

Orders placed during launches, drops, or promotions may require additional processing time.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines within Egypt:

5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (where applicable).

6. Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Bling & Byond is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

If an order is returned to us due to delivery issues, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
